The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office has reported that it has apprehended multiple suspects and made additional charges related to the investigation of a double homicide at a mobile home park in New Richmond on July 14.
On July 19, the Sheriff’s Office released information that Christian Montgomery, age 17, was taken into custody without incident, and he was transported to the Clermont County Juvenile Detention Center.
Additionally, detectives from the Sheriff’s Office have charged three male juveniles for their involvement in the death of the two males at Richmond Estates Mobile Home Park.
Two juveniles, age 16 and age 17, have each been charged with the following:
– Four counts of Aggravated Murder, felonies of the first degree.
– Four counts of Murder, felonies of the first degree.
– Two counts of Aggravated Robbery, felonies of the first degree.
– Two counts of Robbery, felonies of the second degree.
– Four counts of Aggravated Burglary, felonies of the first degree.
– Two counts of Burglary, felonies of the second degree.
– One count of Tampering with Evidence, a felony third degree.
One juvenile, age 16, has been charged with the following:
– Two counts of Aggravated Robbery, felonies of the first degree.
– Two counts of Robbery, felonies of the second degree.
– Four counts of Aggravated Burglary, felonies of the second degree.
– Two counts of Burglary, a felony of the second degree.
The above-listed complaints have been filed in Juvenile Court. All juveniles were taken into custody without incident on July 18 and are currently incarcerated at the Clermont County Juvenile Detention. They appeared for their arraignment in Clermont County Juvenile Court on July 19.
Additional charges have been filed on Dakota Pfeiffer, age 20, who was initially charged with Tampering with Evidence.
Pfeiffer has now been charged with one count of Aggravated Murder, a felony of the first degree.
Pfeiffer appeared for his arraignment in Clermont County Municipal Court on July 19, where his bond was set at $1.5 million cash/professional. Pfeiffer remains incarcerated in the Clermont County Jail.
The homicide investigation is ongoing and will be reviewed in its entirety with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office for presentation to the Grand Jury.
