As summer rolls on, so too do my weekly columns on the various parks around Clermont County.

Several Knothole Baseball teams from Clermont County competed in the East Region tournament July 2 at the Milford Youth Baseball Association complex in Milford.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association’s updated divisional changes continued last week with winter sports. The biggest movement came in basketball, which included a few Clermont County schools.

This week’s Athlete of the Week is Williamsburg

Several Clermont County athletes notched all-Ohio honors in their respective spring sports, and two Milford lacrosse players were named among the nation’s best.

Growing up in Findlay, a city of 40,000 in Northwest Ohio, I had everything I needed.

A few Clermont County fall sports teams will compete in different divisions after the Ohio High School Athletic Association announced the new divisional breakdowns for the upcoming fall sports tournaments in girls and boys golf, girls tennis, girls and boys soccer and girls volleyball.
