The Bethel-Tate Tigers completed their undefeated run through the Southern Buckeye Athletic and Academic Conference National Division last week.
A 2-1 win over Blanchester improved the team to 9-0 and clinched them the division title. That same day, Norwood defeated Goshen 8-0, Georgetown blanked Clermont Northeastern 5-0 and Felicity-Franklin battled Williamsburg to a 3-3 tie.
New Richmond and Western Brown also tied, 1-1. Amelia defeated Batavia 1-0. In the Eastern Cincinnati Conference, Milford defeated Madeira 3-1.
On Oct. 6, Bethel-Tate defeated Williamsburg 5-0 to clinch a perfect record. CNE defeated Felicity-Franklin 2-1, Batavia earned a 2-0 win over Norwood and Amelia fell to Western Brown 1-0. Goshen dropped a 5-0 decision to New Richmond.
Kings and Milford tied at two each while Loveland shut out Glen Este 4-0.
On the final weekend before sectional tournament play began, the Milford Eagles earned a 2-1 win over Indian Hill. Amelia and Harrison tied at one.
The Williamsburg Wildcats battled Blanchester to a scoreless draw on Oct. 10. Eastern defeated CNE 5-3.
Only a few teams remain in action on Thursday, Oct. 13. Glen Este visits Turpin and Loveland travels to Milford, both for 7 p.m. starts. Amelia has a road non-conference bout against Wyoming, also at 7 p.m.
