Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on February 6, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

The Clermont County Board of Commissioners has conducted an evaluation as required by Executive Order 11988 in accordance with HUD regulations at 24 CFR 55.20 to determine the potential affect that its activity in the floodplain will have on the environment. The project being considered is the

Community Development Block Grant 2011-05
Replacement of Emergency Siren located at US 52 and Zimmer Drive, Moscow, Ohio; and replacement of Emergency Siren located at Neville Park, Neville, Ohio
The Clermont County Board of Commissioners has determined that approval of the project will have no significant impact on the environment for the following reasons:
Replacement of Existing Sirens; no compliance or mitigation issues were identified
Any interested person, agency, or group wishing to comment on the project may submit written comments for consideration to the Department of Community and Economic Development at the following address by 4:30 p. m. on March 16, 2012, which is at least 7 days after the publication of this notice.
