The West Clermont High School Competition Cheer squad attended their first competition of the season on Sunday, November 20 at the UCA Hoosier Regionals at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers, Indiana. The two divisions competed, Game Day and Traditional Cheer. The Game Day squad received Zero deductions and placed 2nd. The Traditional squad competed and received a 1st place trophy and a banner to be displayed at the school. The squad has now qualified to compete in Disney World at the National High School Cheerleading Championship (NHSCC) February 10-13, 2023 at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. The squad is currently hosting several fundraisers to help make their way to Disney.
