We look forward to having Michael on board to help spur economic development in our county.”

“We put a major priority on economic development – and this includes bringing in the best talent to lead those efforts,” Commissioner Ed Humphrey said. “We’re glad to bring an experienced leader on board to help guide progress in this area.”

Commissioner Claire Corcoran added: “Solid economic development helps make Clermont County a great place to live, work and raise a family. It helps create jobs and generate tax revenues for schools, roads and other vital services. We welcome Michael to help lead our efforts in economic development.”

McNamara said: “Butler County has long been one of Ohio’s fastest growing communities, in terms of population as well as job creation and wage growth. As an economic development professional, I am proud to have been part of Butler County’s success and will bring this success and experience to Clermont County.”
