Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on January 4, 2011 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.

Pursuant to Section 5721.03 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Auditor of Clermont County will publish a delinquent manufactured home tax list beginning November 23rd, 2011. The publication of this notice will be printed for two consecutive weeks in this newspaper. The publication of the delinquent land tax list will print on November 23rd and December 1st, 2011 in this newspaper.
Section 4503.06(F) of the Ohio Revised Code provides for payment of taxes as follows: Each person charged with Manufactured Home taxes and assessments on a tax duplicate in the hands of the County Treasurer may pay the full amount of such taxes on or before the first (1st) day of March, or one-half (?) of such taxes are paid by the thirty-first (31st) day of July next ensuing. When such taxes are paid by installments, each payment shall be apportioned among the several funds for which taxes have been assessed.
