Dylan Foster, pictured on left, with Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Jonathan Shell, pictured on right, is interning this summer at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture in Frankfort. Foster, the son of Rebecca Sharer of Batavia, is working in the department’s Office of State Veterinarian. Foster will be a junior this fall at Morehead State University in Kentucky, where he is majoring in veterinary science (pre-veterinary medicine).
