After recently opening its doors, GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati will soon host their annual fundraiser. This exciting evening of dueling pianos will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Oasis Conference Center in Loveland.

GiGi’s Playhouse is a network of Down syndrome achievement centers. Started in 2003 with one location in Chicago, GiGi’s Playhouse has grown to feature more than 50 locations in various cities throughout the United States. Each GiGi’s Playhouse location offers free programs for people with Down syndrome—from a prenatal diagnosis through adulthood—including literacy tutoring, math tutoring, speech classes, physical therapy, cooking classes, career training programs, open play sessions every Friday morning and much more. Each location celebrates the uniqueness and beauty of people with Down syndrome. Prior to September, Cincinnati’s closest GiGi’s Playhouse location was in Indianapolis, Indiana. All programs are run entirely by volunteers and each Playhouse is solely funded by donations.

All are welcome to join the dueling pianos night benefiting GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati. In addition to dueling pianos, the event will include dinner, dessert, an open bar, speakers, auctions, raffles, a wine pull and more. GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati is also looking for event sponsors, as well as the donation of auction items. To sponsor or donate, please email fbrushaber@gigisplayhouse.org.
