Gilligan, Sandi born in Pittsburgh, PA December 10, 1945 and passed away January 9, 2018 at home. Preceeded in death by her son Jonathan Gilligan and survived by her husband Robert Liming, daughter Kim Brothers and spouse Richard Brothers, and son James  Gilligan.

Grandchildren Amanda Brothers, Dustin Summers, Cody, Kadee, Skylar Gilligan and great grandchildren.  

Sandi was a dedicated mother, wife, and friend. Her passion was Open Arms Always an organization she developed with the help of others to help the Veterans in Brown, Clermont and Adams counties. 

Celebration of life was held on Saturday April 28, 2018 1:00 p.m. at Happy Winds Stables.

Attendees gathered at the IGA parking lot in Georgetown, Ohio on 125 then proceeded to the stables at 1245 p.m.
