Jeff Lubow, MD, is providing Ob/Gyn services to the HealthSource Batavia and Mt. Orab locations. Dr. Lubow went to Medical School at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, and completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
Nancy Hoffman, C-FNP (Nurse Practitioner) is currently seeing patients at the HealthSource New Richmond location. She attended the University of Cincinnati School of Nursing.
Lindsay Lovell, C-ANP (Nurse Practitioner) is providing services to the HealthSource Goshen location. She attended the College of Mount Saint Joseph for her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and the University of Cincinnati for her Master’s Degree. Also new to the HealthSource Goshen location is James Chaillet, MD. Dr. Chaillet specializes in Family Medicine; he attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
HealthSource Eastgate Dental has two new dental providers, Lauren Kennedy Russell, DDS and Nicholas Taylor, DMD. Dr. Russell graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; Dr. Taylor graduated from the University of Louisville.
HealthSource of Ohio is a private, not-for-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) which offers primary care services consisting of medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy. HealthSource serves communities in Adams, Brown, Clermont, Clinton, Fayette, and Highland counties in Southwest Ohio, and is anticipated to open a center in Mt. Washington, Hamilton County, in 2013.
