The Complaint alleges that the said Robert Wayne Kimmerly is next of kin of the decedent; that it is necessary to sell the subject real property in order to pay the debts and expenses of administering the decedent’s estate; that it is in the best interest of the estate to sell the subject real estate.
The Complaint further alleges that the subject real estate was appraised for purposes of the Amended Inventory and Appraisal filed in the estate proceedings on May 1, 2009, and approved on May 5, 2010, for the sum of $40.000.00; that plaintiff requests the court order a further appraisal pursuant to section 2127.22 ORC and the value returned shall be the appraised value thereof for purposes of these proceeding.
The Complaint further alleges that all defendants be required to set forth any claim, lien or interest in or upon the above described premises which he or she may have or be forever barred therefrom; that all liens upon said premises be marshalled; that said premises sold in accordance with law.

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendants by filing a Complaint on August 1, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
