Goshen Township police uncovered a small prostitution ring at Fay Gardens Mobile Home Park and arrested three adults Sept. 12.

Shannon Hawk, 28, Shannon Walker, 27, and Justin Hawk, 27, all of Goshen Township, were arrested as the result of an investigation.

Sergeant Ron Robinson, of Goshen Township Police Department, said they decided to investigate the possible prostitution ring after receiving information about prostitution and drug trafficking at the mobile home park.

“Someone supplied us with a phone number and after communicating back and forth we were able to fairly quickly react to it,” Robinson said about the investigation.

Robinson said they communicated with the individuals using the phone number they were given.

“They sent pictures of themselves, prices,” Robinson said.

Robinson said an undercover police officer arranged false sexual encounters and prices over the phone, which led to the arrests.

“With them responding back, it helped as well,” Robinson said about making the arrests.

He said Shannon Hawk and Shannon Walker were both charged with prostitution and Justin Hawk was charged with promoting prostitution Sept. 12.

Robinson said all three individuals were taken to the Clermont County Jail after they were arrested.
