Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on March 8, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.

Starting at the intersection of Frey Road (Pleasant Renner Road in Warren County) with the Pleasant Plain and Goshen Pike (State Route 132); thence from the intersection North 42 deg. 30’ 30” East 600.00 feet to a railroad spike (set) and the real point of beginning of the tract herein described:

If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgement of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on May 31, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Also one-half of the portion of Jassmine Alley that abuts Inlot No. 70, said alley having been vacated by the Village of Williamsburg. Being the same premises described in deed recorded in Deed Book 635, page 360 of the Deed Records of Clermont County, Ohio.
Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is July 19, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgement of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title, and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien, and equity of redemption in such property.

TO CONTRACTORS
The Clermont County Board of Commissioners, in cooperation and coordination with the Clermont County Engineer’s Office, will be accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials needed to construct PROJECT NUMBER RS-07-12 : 2012 ROAD RESURFACING PROGRAM, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications, Standard Construction Drawings, Standard Bridge Drawings, Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control, the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Bridge Design Manual, and other applicable standards in force on the date of letting and in accordance with the Project Specifications (including Special Provisions) on file in the office of the Clermont County Engineer. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $3,148,779.

Separate sealed bids, bearing the title of the work and the name of the bidder will be received by the Department of Community & Economic Development, under the direction of the Clermont County Board of Commissioners, at 2275 Bauer Road, Batavia, Ohio 45103 until 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 19, 2012 and then publicly opened and read.
The purpose of the bid is for the demolition of residential structures located in and around Moscow, Ohio that were affected by the March 2012 storm. Specific locations, specifications and contract documents may be obtained between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday at the:

Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to safety regulations, conditions of employment to be observed and federal minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. All bids must comply with Clermont County General Instructions to Bidders in addition to the requirements set forth in the Specifications Documents referenced herein in order to be considered. Letters of credit and bid bonds must be filed with original signatures. Facsimile and electronic copies of the letter of credit, bid bond and Power of Attorney of the Surety will be deemed non-responsive.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Contract award shall be made to the lowest and best bidder, and award may be subject to applicable funding agency approval.
The Department of Community & Economic Development, under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners, Clermont County, Ohio, reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
