Thomas Joseph Smith, 62, of Milford died Saturday, June 12, 2010 at the V.A. Medical Center in Dayton.
He was an Sp4 in the Army during the Vietnam War and was self-employed as a salesman for theraputic beds and equipment.
Smith was preceded in death by his father Robert Smith.
He is survived by his son Kyle Smith, mother Betty Thomayer Smith, siblings Barbara Risk, Robert A. (Barb) Smith Jr., William “Jay” Smith, Virginia Mason, Pamela Smith and Lary (Joanne) Smith, and by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and his companion Judy O’Hara.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2010 at the Evans Funeral Home, Milford followed by funeral services at 8 p.m.
