A Batavia police officer discovered four men walking along the railroad tracks off Roudebush Lane in Batavia Township approximately 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19.

He noted that they were carrying several cans of spray paint and had bags with paint spray nozzles.

It was determined that they had been painting graffiti in the area.

A Clermont County sheriff’s deputy responded to the scene and took the four subjects into custody.
