Merchants National Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Adams to Senior Operations Officer and member of the Senior Management Team.
A native of Hillsboro, Ohio, and graduate of Ohio University, Adams joined the MNB team over a year ago as Vice President of Bank Operations and Project Management. Since then, he has made a significant impact by streamlining internal processes and leading key strategic initiatives. Prior to joining MNB, Adams spent 10 years with Computer Services Inc. (CSI), where he served in various roles, including Sales Operations Manager. In that role, he delivered product demonstrations and provided nationwide operational guidance to community banks.
