The Union Township Police Department would like to thank “Back the Heroes Rumble” organization for their donation of 40 North American rescue trauma kits for our police officers. We truly appreciate our community partners dedicated to keeping our officers safe in the field.
Trauma kits include supplies and items to help stop bleeding, in the event of a gunshot, like tourniquets, gauze, pressure dressings, and so on, but there’s also trauma supplies for other issues, like airway management.
