5. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot except dogs, cats or other household pets, which may be kept provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purposes.
6. No fences shall be built on any part of said lot between the rear of the building constructed thereon and the street in front of the building. Fences erected on said lot from the rear of the building to the back property line shall not be in excess of four (4) feet in height and shall be of rustic rail, chain link or hedge, etc., running with the side street shall not extend closer to side street at any point than the residence lot.
7. No trucks larger than one-half ton or heavy equipment may be parked on a driveway or any part of a lot, except in a completely closed garage. No bus, truck, trailer or other commercial vehicle shall be parked over night on any public roadway or right-of-way within the limits of this subdivision. No boats, trailers or campers shall be stored upon the premises unless they are stored within the contents of a garage.
8. All antennas or receivers must be attached to the principal building on a lot. No free standing antennas or receivers shall be permitted, the maximum allowable height above the roof line shall be ten (10) feet about the roof line.
9. These covenants are to run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming under them until December 31, 2002; and shall be automatically extended for an additional fifteen years, unless an instrument signed by a majority of the then owners of the lots has been recorded, agreeing to change said covenants in whole or in part.
10. Enforcement shall be by proceedings of law or in equity against any person or persons violating or attempting to violate any covenant either to restrain violation or recover damages.
