2010 Census forms have been mailed

The 2010 Census forms were set to be mailed out this week and residents in Clermont County are being urged to answer the 10 questions on the form and return it to the Census Bureau. Geis signs contract with Union Township

Union Township trustees signed a contract to rehire former administrator Ken Geis to his old position during the board meeting Thursday, March 11. Ohio law does not permit rehiring of retired employees to the same position without a public hearing. Township officials held a public hearing Wednesday, March 10 at which time board president Timothy Donnellon said he didn’t hear any objections to hiring Geis as administrator, only to the process used to rehire him. Pierce Trustees discuss land development

Pierce Township officials addressed the possible need for an advisory committee in regard to land use in the township at their regular meeting Tuesday, March 9. A public meeting was held on Feb. 23 to answer resident questions regarding the hiring of land use development facilitator, Chris Tetrault.
