Goshen Chapter # 382 Order of the Eastern Star has shared the Masonic Lodge building with Goshen Masonic brothers since 1970 when the building was built. We had a strong bond and supported each other in many ways.Times have changed.
Our membership at a special meeting on Aug. 18 voted to relocate our meeting place to Oakley Lodge in Loveland. It is a beautiful building and built on a one floor plan. This will give our members that have difficulty with stairs a chance to attend meetings. Also, it gives us the opportunity to increase our membership and strengthen our chapter.
Everything about this move appears positive and the members are looking forward to a brighter future for our chapter. The Worthy Matron elect is excited about having her installation of the new core of officers at the new location.
We will retain our historic name, Goshen Chapter #382, no matter where we meet. It has been our heritage since 1914 when the chapter was originally established in Goshen.
