Veteran friends of Marr/Cook Elementary students were guests of honor at the school’s Veterans Day celebration on Nov. 8. Relatives of students who have served in the armed services were honored during two school-wide programs and then treated to breakfast with their student host. Each building in the Goshen Local School District hosts its own veterans recognition each year.
