The Tate Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting regarding the police levy resolution to proceed on July 31 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse at 149 N. East St. in Bethel.
Following the meeting will be another meeting regarding the solar resolution.
According to information from the township, the purpose of the solar resolution meeting is to consider an amendment to the zoning resolution to include a section regarding solar regulations.
The solar regulations are on file at the Bethel-Tate Firehouse located at 149 N. East St. in Bethel for public examination for a period of ten before the public meeting. The regulations can also be found on the Township’s website at https://tatetownship.org/.
After hearing comments from the public, the board of trustees will consider the recommendations of the zoning commission and make a decision on whether to adopt, reject, or modify the proposed solar resolution.
