With multiple underclassmen in their starting lineup, Goshen certainly qualifies as a fairly inexperienced team. But what they lack in experience, they make up for with talent. After a tough 12-2 loss to West Clermont to start the season, that talent began to show itself in a March 30 doubleheader.
Their opponent for the first game of the doubleheader was the Loveland Tigers, who came in with a 2-1 record. Starting on the mound for the Warriors was freshman Skye Shaw, in search of her first varsity win.
