Basketball has taken UC Clermont guard David Froedge on quite the journey. From playing his high school games at New Castle Fieldhouse, the largest high school gym in America, to being named first-team All-American last season, Froedge has created lifelong memories for himself. I spoke with him about his career, life as a father and husband, and more!
Q: What went into your choice to come to UC Clermont and have you been happy with the choice? (Froedge began his college career at Indiana Tech, this is his second season at UC Clermont)
A: The coaches and the play style really encouraged me when they recruited me. I was able to build a good relationship with the coaching staff and then ultimately met the guys and that was such a bonus. I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
