This Christmas, Prysmian Group is once again bringing joy to Bethel-Tate Schools students and families. Last year, they provided gifts for 75 children, and this year they’ve upped the festive spirit by helping 100 students.
Senior executive assistant Beverly Nelson reached out to Bick Primary School’s Mary Ann Dillon, offering support to make the season brighter. Bethel-Tate nurses collaborated, collecting wish lists and ensuring the gifts met the students’ needs.
Mrs. Dillon expressed gratitude, highlighting the impact on rural students often overlooked in holiday giving. Prysmian Group executives from the United States, Mexico, Italy, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Brazil, contributed funds for the gifts.
As the gifts poured in, Prysmian Group organized a heartwarming bonding experience, from fundraising to shopping and wrapping. Last year, they filled four vehicles; this year, with 100 kids, a U-haul was rented, and pizza was ordered for the dedicated helpers, courtesy of Mrs. Dillon’s family.
The joy of giving was palpable as the team unloaded and sorted gifts, creating unforgettable moments for families.
