Moscow held its annual Ice Cream Social on September 17, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Moscow River Park. During the event, Councilmember Phil Turner presented a plaque to Mayor Tim Suter for 25 years of dedicated service to the community of Moscow.
