Charlotte Apgar (nee Richardson) was born May 11, 1938 to Orville and Edna (nee Walton) Richardson and passed away January 15, 2018 at the age of 79.
he is survived by her daughter, Donna Cornett; grandchildren, Shelly Barger and David Cornett; great grandson, Roland Blake Cornett; brothers, Jack Richardson and Don Richardson; sisters, Shirley Lord, Fredia Scott, Pt Apgar and Wanda Goodin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George Apgar; a daughter, Brenda Fay Wenderfer; a grandson Marshall Cole Cornett; sisters Anna Richardson, Betty McIntosh and Pam McNew.
Services were held on Jan. 19, 2018 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends were received from 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment Miami Cemetery, Waynesville, OH.
