U.S. Air Force National Guard Airman 1st Class Joshua R. Schuett graduated from basic military training.
The training takes place at the Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland located in San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program.
It included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Schuett is the son of Robert J. and Donna R. Schuett, who live in Cincinnati.
He is a 2017 graduate of Glen Este High School.
