On Dec. 5, Gov. John Kasich announced the approval of assistance for nineteen projects set to create 2,194 new jobs and retain 2,264 jobs statewide. During its monthly meeting, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority reviewed economic development proposals brought to the board by JobsOhio and its regional partners. Collectively, the projects are expected to result in more than $138 million in new payroll, and spur more than $127 million in investments across Ohio.

Projects approved by the TCA include:

Comcage, LLC, Miami Township (Clermont Co.) expects to create 10 full-time positions, generating $660,000 in new, annual payroll and retaining $1.4 million in existing payroll as a result of the company’s expansion project in Miami Township. Comcage is a digital marketing and brand development company. The TCA approved a 2.155 percent, six-year Job Creation Tax Credit for this project.
