New Avon LLC, the leading social selling beauty company in North America, is unveiling a plan to transform its customer call center operations, creating new employment opportunities in the local Cincinnati region. The Avon Customer Insights Center, located in Springdale, Ohio, will be hiring up to 70 positions over the next two months as it works to deliver world class customer service to its nearly 400,000 independent sales Representatives in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

The Avon Customer Insights Center will be equipped with the leading technology to contemporize the service experience for Avon Representatives. A key area of focus will be enhancing Representatives’ access to the Customer Insights Center by providing omni-channel, multimedia tools, as well as expanded hours of operation. The facility will also play a key role in collecting real-time feedback that will help Avon enhance overall business process support to Field Management and Independent Sales Leaders.

The Customer Insights Center is led by Director John McCahan, a 20 year veteran of customer service and sales operations, who joined the company in June. Most recently, John worked with SGS, a leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. At SGS, John transformed the Customer Service Center from a reactive to proactive service, and an optimized scheduling group, to restore profitability.
