Myrle Louise Gray, 87, of Ripley, died June 28.
Gray was a teacher for 30 years in the Ripley and Felicity School districts and retired in 1988. She was a past worthy matron of the Order of Eastern Star and was a member of the Ripley United Methodist Church. Gray was born November 8, 1926 in Ripley, Ohio.
She is survived by son David (Linda), grandchildren Clark (Angela) and Cary (Samantha) and great-grandchildren Spencer, Saylor, Lillian and Brock.
Gray was preceded in death by husband William.
Graveside services were held 10 a.m. July 2 at Maplewood Cemetery in Ripley. Memorials to the Union Township Public Library, 27 Main Street, Ripley, OH 45167.
