Join the Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s LEAD Class of 2015 as they host world renowned speakers that identify leadership character strengths.

One keynote speaker will be Ryan Niemiec, Education Director at VIA Institute on character, author, blogger, and teacher will categorize character strengths offering insights for personal and team leadership growth.

VIA Survey has been completed by more than 1.5 million people in more than 250 countries in the last several years. Ryan identifies his character strengths as: hope, curiosity, love, perspective, appreciation of beauty/excellence.

We will also be welcoming Mark Whitecare, Ivy League Ph.D. and the highest-ranked executive of any Fortune 500 company to become a whistleblower in US history.

His scandal inspired the Hollywood Blockbuster, “The Informant,” starring Matt Damon as Mark himself. Drawing from his own unique history, Mark will be providing one-of-a-kind insight into corporate ethics, corporate greed, and the warning signs of a flawed corporate leadership.
