The Spirit Warriors is a select boys’ basketball program. 60 players are needed for The Spirit Warriors Spring League.

The League will have six teams made up of boys who are going into grades 9-12. Tryouts are in mid-March and games are played in April and May. Games are played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at The Sharonville Recreation Center on Thornview Ave.

The cost is $285. That covers the games, jerseys, ref fees, insurance, court rental, practices etc..

Practices will be on either Mondays or Wednesdays in Loveland. Some players from the league will be invited to play in weekend AAU, USSSA or OYB tournaments.

Most years we play two tournaments in April, two in May and two in July. The April and May tournaments are local and cost between $30-40 per player. The July tournaments are NCAA certified and cost $50-80 per player.

Some Spirit Warrior teams play in Cincinnati, Louisville or Indianapolis and some Spirit Warriors teams have gone to Orlando and Las Vegas for AAU Nationals, USSSA Nationals or The Las Vegas Main Event. These are showcase tournaments attended by hundreds of college coaches.

The Spirit Warriors started in 1991 and is one of the oldest programs in the Midwest.
