Clermont Farm Bureau awards two scholarships


Clermont County Farm Bureau has awarded two $1,000 scholarships. The recipients are are Serena Spaulding and Emma Uible.

Spaulding a 2014 Felicity Franklin High School graduate, is the daughter of Gilbert and Tiffany Spaulding of Felicity. Spaulding will attend the University of Cincinnati (Blue Ash campus) this fall, majoring in Veterinary Technology. Her future plans once she receives this degree is to go back and get a Veterinary degree.

Uible, a 2014 graduate of Seven Hills Upper School, is the daughter of David Uible and Cindy Cassell of New Richmond. Uible will attend Cornell University in Ithaca, New York this fall where she will major in Agricultural Science. Her goal is to help farmers become more sustainable and feed the world, especially in impoverished regions.


The Clermont County Farm Bureau Board of Trustees congratulates these young ladies and wishes them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
