Felicity-Franklin Elementary School kindergarten registration for the 2014-2015 school year will be held from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Thursday, March 20 and Tuesday, April 8.
Bring your child entering kindergarten with you for a screening along with the following items:
• Original Birth Certificate (must have raised seal)
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Residence (electric, phone, water bill or lease)
• Immunization Record (the addition of the 2nd dose of Varicella and MMR is a requirement from the Ohio Department of Health
• Custody Papers (if applies)
