Kevin Mullins, 49, of Bethel, died Jan. 8.
Mullins is survived by his wife Eva, children Zach Mullins and Robby (Ginger) Bullock, grandson Nathan Hite, siblings Molly Kemper, Diana Collins, Valerie Benjamin and Kenneth Mullins Jr.
Visitation 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Jan. 10 and services 10 a.m. Jan. 11 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Interment at Tate Township Cemetery.
