Shawn Raymond Martin, 45, of Milford, died Nov. 21 at his residence in Largo, Fla.
Martin was a graphic designer in the marketing and advertising industry.
He is survived by his parents Charles L. Jr., and Sharon Seitz Martin, siblings Shannon and Shane Martin, grandmother Patricia Martin, life partner Douglas Lamielle and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Charles Martin Sr., Raymond and Eleanore Seitz.
Private graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason. Memorials to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
