Sealed BIDS will be received for the Village of New Richmond High Service Pump Project at the Light Ashburn Building. Village of New Richmond, Ohio, 45157 until 1:00 PM (local time) on November 12, 2013 at which time all BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.

Summary of the Rules
and Regulations
of the Clermont County
Park District
adopted pursuant to
Ohio Revised Code 1545.09
Adopted 08-12-03,
Amended 10-10-13
Section 1: Preservation of Property and Natural Resources. No person shall remove or damage any park property. No person shall affect the natural flow of park waters or encroach upon Clermont County Park District land.
Section 2: Waste Material and Litter. No person shall discard or dump waste materials on Park District land or waters.
Section 3: Protection of Animals, Hunting and Fishing. No person shall hunt on Park District land. Fishing is permitted only in designated areas.
Section 4: Animal Control. No person shall bring into a park any animal destructive of wildlife. A domestic dog or cat may enter and remain in a park only if such is under constant control and supervision and held on a leash no longer than six feet in length.
Section 5: Personal Conduct. All park visitors shall comply with all sections of the Ohio Revised Code related to criminal law and personal conduct which are in effect and made part hereof.
Section 6: Firearms and Weapons. No person, except for law enforcement officers and persons possessing a valid licensed issued pursuant to Ohio Revised Code § 2923.125 or § 2923.1213, may carry a concealed handgun while on park property. Whoever violates this section shall be prosecuted under the appropriate state law.
Section 7: Fires. No person shall start a fire except for small fires in grills for cooking purposes.
Section 8: Camping. No person shall camp or sleep overnight within a park without a permit from the Director.
Section 9: Water Oriented Activities. No person shall swim, bathe, wade nor enter into any waters in a park where prohibited. No person shall place a boat or other watercraft upon any lake or pond within the boundaries of a park except in designates areas.
Section 10: Commercial Activities. No person shall sell or offer for sale any article in a park. No person shall beg or solicit for money in a park.
Section 11: Erecting and Attaching Signs. No person shall erect a sign in or on park property without a permit from the Director.
Section 12: Hours of Closing. Park lands and waters shall be closed from dark until sunrise.
Section 13: Vehicles and Traffic. All motor vehicles and operators shall comply with all sections of the Ohio Revised Code related to motor vehicles and operators while on park property which are in effect and made part hereof.
Section 14: Williamsburg to Batavia Hike/Bike Trail. The hike/bike trail is for hiking and biking only where posted.
Section 15: Pedestrian Access. Persons traveling through or within a park are to travel on pedestrian trails where established and marked.
Section 16: Employee Exemption. To the extent necessary for the performance of their authorized duties, park employees shall be exempt from the provisions of these Rules.
Section 17: Failure to Obey. No person shall fail to comply with any reasonable lawful order given by a park ranger or any other law enforcement officer while on park property.
Section 18: Ejection form Park. Rangers, law enforcement officers, park employees and their agents may order any person violating a provision of these rules or laws of the State of Ohio to leave a park.
Section 19: Penalty. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §1545.99 any person who violates a rule or regulation adopted under these Park District Rules and Regulations for which a similar violation under state law does not bear a penalty or for which there is no similar violation under state law, will receive a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars for a first offense and not more than one thousand dollars for each subsequent offense
Section 20: Severability. Each of these sections and every part are independent and severable sections.
