Russell L. Pride, 87, of Hamersville, died May 11.
He was a graduate of Hamersville High School and proudly served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army.
Pride was preceded in death by siblings Florence Bowen and Adrin Pride.
He is survived by wife Edna Pride, children Danny (Linda) Pride and Mike (Pam) Pride, grandchildren Danny (Ryan) Pride Jr., Mindy Pride, Rusty Pride, Amy (Bill) Coleman, Kelly (Jason) Galley, and Kathy (Matt) Rankin, great-grandchildren Braydin, Jakob, Wyatt, Morgan, and Madison Pride, Joshua, Jaxon, Jayla, and Khloe Galley, and Isaac and Caleb Rankin, and siblings, Edgar (Mary) Pride, Mabel Hauck, Edna Short, Alfreda Fite, and Lucille Kelly, as well as numerous family and friends.
Services to be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be given to the Hamersville Church of Christ.
