A man was shot in the leg in Union Township March 29, and police are still looking for suspects.

According to a release from Lieutenant Scott Gaviglia, with the Union Township Police Department, police responded to a report of a robbery at 3800 Rohling Oaks Drive, off of State Route 125 at approximately 1:45 a.m. March 29.

When they arrived to the scene they found a male who had been shot in the leg.

The victim said he had been approached by two males in their late teens or early 20s who demanded money from him.

The victim refused to comply with the robbery demand and was shot.

The suspects fled on foot after the shooting.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
