Jesse James Lanigan died March 13.
Lanigan is survived by his parents Jeremy and Dana Lanigan, siblings Jeremy and Jacob Lanigan, grandparents Paschel and Kanice Lanigan and Regina Phelps and aunt Patricia (Paul) Troxell.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Danny Parker.
