A 2-year-old Wayne Township boy, reportedly injured in a fall at his home Feb. 1, remains confined at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in serious condition as of Feb. 11.
According to Clermont County Sheriff A.J. “Tim” Rodenberg, the Clermont County Communication Center received a 911 call from 3161 Meek Road in Wayne Township about a boy who had stopped breathing after a fall.
Wayne Township EMS personnel and road deputies from the sheriff’s office responded to the scene. The boy was transported to the Newtonsville Police Department and then taken by AirCare to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
According to Sheriff Rodenberg, the investigation of the incident is still under and may take some time to complete.
