Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendant by filing a Complaint on September 28, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is December 27, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charge due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien and equity of redemption in such property.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Clermont Senior Services, Inc., which is a private nonprofit corporation intends to submit an application for a capital grant under the provision of 49 USC Section 5310 of the Federal Transit Act to provide transportation service for the elderly and disabled within Clermont County, Ohio, and to Hamilton County for medical appointments.
The grant application will request one (1) Light Transit vehicle, Narrow Body (LTN-8 + 2); which vehicle will transport two (2) persons in wheelchairs and eight (8) ambulatory persons; and, two (2) modified minivans (MMV-4+1), each will transport (1) person in a wheelchair and (4) four ambulatory persons.
It is projected that elderly and disabled persons will use the service five days per week for various activities, including transportation to the adult day care center, to dialysis and other medical appointments, to senior/nutrition centers, for shopping and other social activities.
The Clermont Senior Services, Inc. invites comments and proposals from all interested public, private and paratransit operators including taxi operators, for the provision of transportation service to the elderly and disabled within our service area.
