Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as a Defendant by filing a Complaint on March 21, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is July 19, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgement of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges, and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, and charges due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title, and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien, and equity of redemption in such property.

The Clermont County Transportation Improvement District (CCTID), in cooperation and coordination with the Clermont County Engineer’s Office will be accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials needed to construct PROJECT NO. PID 82555: EASTGATE NORTH FRONTAGE ROAD, CLE-CR 382-0.00, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications( effective January 1, 2010 and its revisions and supplements), Standard Construction Drawings, Standard Bridge Drawings, Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control, The State of Ohio Department of Transportation Bridge Design Manual, and other applicable standards in force on the date of letting and in accordance with the Project Specifications and Construction Plans on file in the office of the Clermont County Engineer. This project is located at the intersection of Eastgate Boulevard and Eastgate North Frontage Road, in UNION Township. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $2,936,786.00.
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked: BID: PROJECT PID 82555, EASTGATE NORTH FRONTAGE ROAD, CLE-CR 382-0.00, and received in the office of the Clermont County Engineer, 2381 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103, no later than 2:00 p.m. Local Time on Thursday, August 2, 2012 after which time all bids shall be opened and read publicly. There is a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for Monday July 30, 2012 at 9:00 am at the Clermont County Engineers Office, 2381 Clermont Center Drive, Batavia, Ohio 45103. All interested bidders MUST attend this MANDATORY pre-bid meeting. CCTID reserves the right to find as non-responsive any bid received from a bidder that did not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting.
The CCTID reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids and to hold such bids for a period of sixty (60) days before taking any action thereon, and to award a contract to the lowest and best bidder.
Each person bidding for a contract for the construction, demolition, alteration, repair, or reconstruction of any public improvement is required to file with his bid a bid guaranty in the form of either (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid or (2) a certified check, cashier’s check or irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid pursuant to Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The successful bidder at the time he/she enters into the contract shall be required to file a performance bond in the full amount of the contract pursuant to Section 153.54(c) of the Ohio Revised Code. In lieu of the Performance Bond, the bidder may submit a combined Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, in conformance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code, with the Bid Proposal. Bid security in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Attention Bidders: Letters of credit and bid bonds must be filed with original signatures. Facsimile and electronic copies of the letter of credit, bid bond and Power of Attorney of the Surety will be deemed non-responsive.
Bidders must be on The Ohio Department of Transportation’s Prequalified Contractors List. In addition, bidders must be prequalified for the necessary work types to complete the project.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Clermont County, Ohio as determined by Fair Labor Standards Act and the Davis-Bacon Wage Requirement. Additionally, Bidder compliance with Federal Executive Order 11246, the nondiscrimination provisions of the Equal Opportunity Clauses and other Federal and State of Ohio regulations as prescribed in the bid package shall be required.

FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP “FRANKLIN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS”
PROJECT
Work under this contract is generally defined as the construction of road widening and resurfacing of the township portion of Franklin Road of Franklin Township. The County expects to proceed with the construction under the contract immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work for Contract No. 2011-04 within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
