Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on January 9, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Beginning at a set magnail in the centerline of McHenry Road, corner to the Goshen Township Trustee (Shiloh Cemetery), said magnail being 1902.27’ northeast of the centerline intersection of Shiloh Road and McHenry Road as measured along the centerline of McHenry Road;
Thence with the centerline of McHenry Road, N 49 deg. 08’ 51” E, a distance of 235.23’ to a set magnail corner to William & Lisa Burns;

Being the result of a plat and survey made by Gary Phillip Nichols, Ohio Professional Surveyor No. 6657 and dated October 26, 2011.
Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is February 23, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charge due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien and equity of redemption in such property.

Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as Defendants by filing a Complaint on February 6, 2012 in the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas for the foreclosure of liens for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges against certain real property described in the Complaint.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgement foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of the tax liens thereon.
The property which is the subject of this foreclosure action is as follows:

Any person owning or claiming any right, title or interest in, or lien upon, the real property listed above should file an Answer in such action setting forth the nature and amount of interest owned or claimed and any defense or objection to the foreclosure.
An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is March 22, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charge due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Upon the filing of the Entry of Confirmation of Sale, there shall be no further equity of redemption. Any person thereafter claiming any right, title and interest in, or lien upon, said real property shall be forever barred and foreclosed of any such right, title, interest, lien and equity of redemption in such property.

Strohmenger dated September 1, 1942, recorded in Deed Book 242 at page 139 in the office of the Recorder of said County and beginning at a point in the southerly line of Jackson Road (formerly known as the Loveland and Dallasburg Pike) at the most westerly corner of a tract of 1.49 acres which was conveyed by the said Henry G. An Answer must be filed in the office of the Clerk of Courts, Clermont County, Ohio within Twenty-eight (28) days after date of last publication of this notice which will be published for six consecutive weeks. The last date of publication is March 29, 2012.
If no Answer is filed or you fail to otherwise respond on or before the time stated above, a judgment of foreclosure will be taken by default as to the real property listed in the Complaint. Such real property shall be sold for the satisfaction of the taxes, assessments, penalties, interest, charges and court costs incurred in the foreclosure that are due and unpaid.
At any time prior to the filing of the entry of Confirmation of Sale, any owner or lienholder of a parcel listed in the Complaint may redeem it by tendering to Plaintiff the amount of taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charge due and unpaid on the parcel, together with all costs which have been incurred in the foreclosure proceeding. Intervening Defendant Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company’s Answer and Counterclaim alleges that Defendant William HT Menke may have or may claim to have an interest in the Property known as Lake Remington Mobile Home Park and known as Clermont County Auditor’s Parcel Numbers 18-25-18G-123, 18-25-18G-127, and 18-25-18G-129 by virtue of a judgement granted in his favor by the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas in Case No. 2007 CVH 1971 and recorded on January 26, 2009 JUD 0214.
