Situated in Wayne Township, Clermont County, State of Ohio, in John Harvie Military Survey No. 3337 and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a reference point at a spike at the intersection of State Route 125 and Davis Road; thence with the centerline of said State Route 125, N. 73 deg. 00’ W. a distance of 1058.41 feet to a spike in said centerline and being the real point of beginning; thence with said centerline of State Route 125, N. 73 deg. 00’ W. a distance of 435.00 feet to a spike in said centerline and a corner to Walter Koshler; thence with said Koshler’s line and the line of William L. Lanter, N. 32 deg. 02’ E. a distance of 1144.84 feet to an iron pin in the line of William Chapman; thence with two lines of said Chapman, S. 51 deg. 03’ E. a distance of 410.11 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 32 deg. 23’ W. a distance of 46.37 feet to an iron pin and a corner to an original 12 acres of Joseph A. Sealed proposals will be received at the Board of Education Office, Clermont Northeastern Local School District, Counties of Clermont and Brown, Ohio; until 3:00pm, local time, on Friday, February 24, 2012, for furnishing all the labor, and miscellaneous materials/services as listed on the drawings to complete the project(s) known as the:
CNE Elementary School Gym, Library, and Cafeteria Cooling Phase-IV;
And;
CNE Middle School Gym, Café, Locker, & Kitchen Cooling;
and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
Bidding Documents are available by e-mail at no charge, or can be obtained in hard copy at the CNE Board Office for $50.00 per set (non-refundable). Plans requested to be mailed will be an additional $15.00 per set. Checks shall be made payable to the Clermont Northeastern School District.
Bid Security, in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum total bid price must accompany each Bid Proposal in accordance with the Contract and Bidding Documents, which are shown on drawings. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract amount. Proposals must be signed by an authorized individual and must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirements of the Owner that this project be completed no later than August 13, 2012. Project start date is June 1, 2012. Bidders walk thru meeting for both projects will be held January 23, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at the CNE Middle School 2792 US 50, Batavia, Ohio 45103.
