Grant Career Center First Quarter Top Performers.
Grant Career Center recently held the First Quarter Attendance and Awards Assembly where students were recognized for achievements during the first quarter.

Students received Perfect Attendance Awards and Honor Roll Certificates for their efforts. The Top Performers in each program were also announced for the first quarter.

Instructors select Top Performers each quarter by using varying objectives ranging from grades, business and industry readiness, special projects, or improvements. Students are recognized for their efforts with a special certificate for their career passport, and a gift card or payment of fees.

Students announced as Top Performers for the First Quarter include: Allied Health Science, Anna Christman and Paige Durbin; Auto Collision, David Allison, Corey Stith, Marshall Sherman and Frank Frasher; Automotive Service Technology, Zane Cassity, Phillip White, Heather Alexander and Garrek Canter; Business and Finance, Collena Emmons, Alex Lilly and Mason Lynn; Carpentry, Jeremy Lewis, Angelo Quiles, Cody Dodson and Vincinz Weesner;

Education, Chris Taggart and Terry Simms; Cosmetology, Courtney Poe and Savannah Curso; Culinary Careers, Kylie Evans, Spencer Taylor, Larry Reffit and Chris Lambert; Engineering Design, Shawn Davin and Taylor Dryden; Horticulture, Coralena Emmons, Stephany Sturgill, Ashley Perry, and Katelin Loudermilk;

Medical Information Tech, Brianna Jackson, Brittany Simpson, Allison Brunner and Mickayla Dahlheimer; Metal Fabrication, James Borgerding, Lukas Hoskins, Joey Nelson and Dyllon Hall; The Teacher Academy, Rachel Heflin and Mackenzie Turner.

As the Second Quarter begins, program instructors are setting new goals for the students to work toward in hopes of becoming the next Top Performer.
