Sandra Kay Foster, 51, of Stonelick Township, died Oct. 5 in Batavia.
Foster was a hostess at Bob Evans in Eastgate.
She is survived by her husband John, children Crystal, John, David and Lea Foster, grandchildren Alanah, Mikayla and Rilee, siblings Pat Cope, Debbie Slone, Larry Gavey and Bill Gavey.
She was preceded in death by her brother Ray Gavey.
Services noon Oct. 11 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Interment at Stonelick Township Cemetery in Owensville. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
