2012 BUDGET

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. Local Time in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located at 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio 45103 to consider the proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2012. Copies of the aforementioned budget will be available for public inspection in the County Commissioners’ and County Auditor’s Offices beginning June 17, 2011.

The County General Fund supports the basic functions of County Government including departments under the jurisdiction of the Board of County Commissioners such as Building Inspection and Emergency Communications, as well as the Auditor, Treasurer, Recorder, Prosecutor, Sheriff/Jail, and the Judicial System. General Fund operating and non-operating revenues combined are estimated at $48 million.

Residents of Clermont County are invited to provide written and/or oral comments and questions concerning the entire budget.

TO CONTRACTORS

The Clermont County Board of Commissioners, in cooperation and coordination with the Clermont County Engineer’s Office will be accepting sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials needed to construct PROJECT NO. GR-01-11:Guardrail Program, Phase 3, in accordance with the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications, ( effective January 1, 2010 and its revisions and supplements), Standard Construction Drawings, Standard Bridge Drawings, Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control, The State of Ohio Department of Transportation Bridge Design Manual, and other applicable standards in force on the date of letting and in accordance with the Project Specifications and Construction Plans on file in the office of the Clermont County Engineer.
